学生背景分析：

学生找到我们时已经是2016年1月底，国内考研发挥失常，报考的北京航空航天大学几乎无望录取，全家商量后决定转战出国留学，没有雅思成绩，均分也不够高，申请时间上也很紧迫，距离开放申请已经过去近半年，学生喜欢有历史文化底蕴的古老大学，并且是名校，电子电气相关专业也必须含金量高。

学生留学方案：

学生均分成绩还可以，但不是很突出，介于学生的“211”学校背景，而且就读院校也是中国大学排名前100的大学，因此给学生的选校上不能太保守，把格拉斯哥、伯明翰作为申请的重点。

总体回顾：

本科院校和均分都属于比上不足比下有余，劣势是申请的很晚，1月底很多名校已经开始择优录取，这就要着重强调学生本人的优秀，本科阶段多次斩获和专业相关的奖项，虽然没有雅思成绩，但多次获得全国英语大赛一等奖，是该学生的亮点，对于这种研究型大学来说尤为重要，无论是在个人陈述和是推荐信中，我们都是在围绕这点进行阐述的，我们利用最快的准备时间给学校递交了申请，由两位文案老师同时负责，一位做所有材料的准备工作，一位同时作文书成文，学生专心备考雅思，很快就拿到了伯明翰大学、南安普顿大学、谢菲尔德大学的录取，但非常遗憾的是，格拉斯哥大学下了拒信，说学生数学成绩偏低，而且申请学生过多，所以不能录取，我们又重新argue，详细阐明了学生数学相关成绩是呈递增分数并有能力学好申请的专业，没出一周，学校就重新给下了Offer,现学生非常满意的决定去哥大了。
