英国《邮报》8月13日发文公布薪酬最高的大学专业，部分商科、计算机和法律专业毕业生毕业后五年内的平均收入是英国典型毕业生工资的两倍以上，因此在英国的高薪专业榜单占据主导地位。
名校商科，法律，计算机专业主导高薪榜单
根据国家统计局数据，与之相比，2019年英国典型全职雇员的年收入中位数约为30,420英镑。
牛津大学的商业和管理课程位居榜首，少数精英毕业生在完成该课程五年后平均收入可高达70,800英镑，堪称英国最赚钱的课程。
紧随其后的是剑桥大学的计算机和法律专业，这两大专业的学生毕业后五年内年收入中位数可达69,400英镑（截至2019年）。
帝国理工学院的计算机专业位居第四， 毕业五年后的薪酬中位数为66,100英镑。
伦敦经济学院的法律专业排在第五位，毕业生收入中位数为65,600英镑。
2019年底爆发的新冠疫情，不仅改变了世界政治经济局势， 更对就业市场造成了极大冲击，带来了前所未有的挑战。因此在选择适合的大学，和就业前景更广阔的专业比以往任何时候都重要。
医学类平均收入最高，艺术类最低
尽管上述图表中显示高薪的专业多集中在商科，法律和计算机类，但这些专业所属的院校往往综合排名也高。因此，这些专业的高薪不仅有行业前景的因素，也有院校声誉的加持。
因此我们在选择专业时，不能只看极值，而忽略了整个专业大类的平均薪酬水平。
根据追踪到的2013届大学毕业生薪酬数据，就平均值而言，医学和牙科专业毕业后五年后所获薪酬是最高的，收入中位数为49,300英镑。且整个专业大类的毕业生最高和最低收入差距不大，只有8,400英镑。
去年，有近20万名本科生选择的商科和管理类课程，无疑是英国大学最受欢迎的学科。然而，值得注意的是商科和管理类课程的学生毕业后收入差距悬殊，平均值更是只有28,500英镑，仅稍高于全英毕业生平均收入（27,400英镑）。
经济学排名第二，平均收入为42,000英镑。
紧随其后的高薪专业还包括数学，工程学，和物理等STEM类专业。
相比之下，表演和创意艺术专业学生毕业后薪酬最低，年平均收入分别为21200英镑和22000英镑，甚至低于英国的平均水平。
即使是选择在牛津大学或拉夫堡大学学习这一类专业，薪酬最高也只有29,000英镑。
